Fit Tips
If one of your measurements is on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.

If your measurements for hips and waist correspond to two different suggested sizes, order the one indicated by your hip measurement.

How To Measure

• CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape horizontal.
• WAIST: Measure around the narrowest part (typically where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.
• HIPS: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.

Return Policy

At Premium Soccer, we want you to shop with confidence.

You have:

• 30 days from the order date to return online purchases.
• 14 days from the purchase date to return in-store purchases.

To start a return, simply visit our Return Portal, enter your order number and email address, and follow the instructions provided.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• Unused
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In its original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Returned in its original packaging
• Not a Final Sale item

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Premium Soccer reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our Return Policy.

Final Sale Items

The following products are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Personalized products
• Customized jerseys
• Gift cards
• Socks
• Sports bras
• Products marked Final Sale

Return Shipping

A trackable return shipping label is generated through our Return Portal.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless Checkout+ was purchased during checkout.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged, or you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact csr@premiumsoccer.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos clearly showing the problem

Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide the next steps.

Warranty

Premium Soccer follows each manufacturer's warranty policy.

Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase.

Manufacturing defects may include:

• Material defects
• Stitching defects
• Construction defects
• Manufacturing or assembly errors

The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper use
• Accidental damage
• Improper care or maintenance

If your warranty claim is approved:

• A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
• We will replace the product whenever possible.
• If the original product is unavailable, we will help you select an alternative product or issue a store credit.
