Return Conditions:

Products must be returned unused, in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We carefully inspect each return and reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges for items that do not meet these criteria.

Non-Returnable Items:

Personalized items, custom jerseys, gift cards, and certain types of wearables such as socks and sports bras are final sale and cannot be returned. Sale items are also deemed final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

To initiate a return, simply fill out the return form - Get Return Form - and send the items back using a traceable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect merchandise.

  3. Shipping and Replacement : We’ll send a free shipping label for the return of defective items and replace the item promptly. If the original item is unavailable, we’ll help you select an alternative.
