Can I Cancel My Order Before Shipment?

Incorrect Shipping Address – What's Next?

If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to redirect your package.
Please note: Premium Soccer is unable to
send messages to Canada Post delivery drivers. Any specific delivery instructions or communications must be made directly with Canada Post by the customer. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to pass on individual messages
or contact delivery personnel on your behalf.

It's important to remember that this warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to issues arising from misuse, lack of proper care, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
