En général, les gants de gardiens doivent être un peu plus grand que la taille des mains. Il existe différentes méthodes qui permettent de déterminer la taille des gants. 

Méthode la plus commune

  • Mesurer la longueur entre l'index et la fin de la paume de chaque main. 
  • Si la longueur est différente entre les deux mains, veuillez opter pour la plus grandes des deux longueurs.
  • Ajouter une demi-pointure à la longueur sélectionnée.

Note: Toutefois, la meilleure façon de déterminer la taille des gants de gardiens est vraiment d'essayer les gants. Les mains des gardiens sont différentes et les tailles diffèrent d'une marque à l'autre.

Return requests for online orders must be made up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We cannot offer any refunds or exchange any items after the 30-day period has passed. 
Return requests for in-store purchases must be made up to 14 days from the date of purchase. We cannot offer any refunds or exchange any items after the 14-day period has passed.
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition i.e. unused, unaltered, brand new and unworn. 
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with tags attached and in new condition.
  • The item must have its original label 

All returned items will be inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or a return if the items don’t meet the above requirements. Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address. Shipping and handling costs and fees are not refundable.  
Several items are exempt for being returned: personalized items, custom/official jersey prints, gift cards, socks, sports bras, mouth guards, masks.

Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address.

ÉCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. All exchanges will be treated as two separate transactions. First, you must place an order for the preferred item. Second, you must return your original purchase. Once received, we will credit your returned item if it meets the requirements indicated in the above stated return policy. Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address. All credits or refunds will be returned to the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

REMBOURSEMENTS

Once the returned item has been quality approved, PREMIUM SOCCER will issue a refund to your original payment method and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note once the refund notification is sent, it can take up to 3 business days to see the funds reflect on your account.

 DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you believe an item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us at info@premiumsoccer.com so that we can help resolve the issue. 
All products purchased from Premium Soccer are subject only to the applicable warranties of their respective manufacturers, if applicable. Please note that misuse, improper care, accidental damage, and regular wear-and-tear are not considered defects.
The claim procedure works as follows:
You can email info@premiumsoccer.com if the item you have received has a manufacturing defect. 
We request that the following pictures be submitted with all claims:
  • Top view of the 2 shoes side by side for Footwear
  • Bottom view for Footwear
  • 4 side views for any products
  • A close-up of the defect for any products
  • A picture of the label inside the product
If the claim is approved, we will provide a shipping label to return the defective product to our store and will send you a replacement of the same product.
If the same item is not available, you may choose an item of your choice as a replacement. Any difference in price in the item(s) chosen will be deducted from or added to the original cost.
