RETURNS and EXCHANGES

Return requests for in-store purchases must be made up to 14 days from the date of purchase. We cannot offer any refunds or exchange any items after the 14-day period has passed.
Return requests for online orders must be made up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We cannot offer any refunds or exchange any items after the 30-day period has passed.
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following conditions:
The item must be in its original condition i.e. unused, unaltered, brand new and unworn. The item must be in its original packaging, with tags attached and in new condition. The item must have its original label. All returned items will be inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or a return if the items don’t meet the above requirements. Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address. Several items are exempt for being returned: personalized items, custom/official jersey prints, gift cards, socks, sports bras, mouth guards, masks. The item is not on sale.
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it is in its original condition and a refund notification will be sent to you. Please note it may take up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
You can still return the item as long as the item was not on sale.

We understand that mistakes can happen during the fulfillment process, and we want to make sure that we catch any errors before your order is shipped out. Our cameras allow us to monitor the picking and packing process and ensure that the items you receive are exactly what you ordered.

We do not offer direct exchanges. All exchanges will be treated as two separate transactions. First, you must place an order for the preferred item. Second, you must return your original purchase. Once received, we will credit your returned item if it meets the requirements indicated in the return policy. Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address. All credits or refunds will be returned to the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
Our warranties follows our manufacturers’ warranty. If your product is damaged or defective, we submit a claim within 30 days of your purchase. The specified brand makes the final decision on whether or not the claim is approved as a manufacturing defect.
Please note that misuse, improper care, accidental damage, and regular wear-and-tear are not considered defects.
